It was a really great tour with a very nice guide (Sid) who showed us not only all the tourist attractions but also a deeper insight in the life of Mumbai! He impressed us with a lot of interesting information and facts!
It was really breathtaking to see the “organized chaos“ and the culture of this incredible city!

We were recommended this tour company by another local tour guide we had earlier in our trip and we could not have been more impressed. Every dish we tried was delicious and Siddhi, our tour guide, was great. He was full of useful information and answered all of our questions even about things not related to food and most importantly he was funny so we had a laugh. I would highly recommend using Siddhi as your guide to try different dishes whilst in Mumbai and we even got to go on the train for one of the stops so it was a real experience. 10/10!
We did the Bollywood tour first and because Siddhi was such a good guide we did the Dharavi tour the following day. Both tours were very informative and gave a real insight into Bollywood and what Dharavi is really like not just what we see in ‘Slumdog Millionaire’. Siddhi is a very friendly and informative guide who really knows his stuff. I would thoroughly recommend both tours.
Siddhi Gunjal is a personable, informative guide who speaks good English and has an extensive knowledge of Mumbai and its history. He conducts a relaxed, informative tour and takes time for interactions with residents and other tourists along the way. He offers a range of tours. I highly recommend him for his Dharavi Tour. I suggest you make sure he takes you to sample the delicious street food in the markets at the end of the tour.

We had little time, just an afternoon for a quick visit to Mumbai before flying home, and Siddhi and his excellent driver made sure that we did get a very good impression of the city. Clearly they know all about the area and must-see places to visit, while listening well to the type of things we want to see.
They picked the 3 of us up in Pune, brought us safely to the City and showed us some of the nice places incl gateway to India, train station, the Market (lunch-place), viewpoint at hanging garden. Great job and highly recommended
Very knowledgeable guide, great insights about local culture. Highly recommended to all. Went for a full day tour which included the Slums, City Tour and Market tour. This was a great combination for people looking to see as much as possible in a short period of time. The tour allowed me to confirm that my preconceived ideas of the city were in fact false. Definitely an eye opener and the experience was possible only due to Syd and the team at Namaste tours. I highly recommend them.
My tour included a pick and drop from my hotel in a private car. We got started at 10 am, since I landed at 4:00 am and needed some rest. My top memory of the tour was not listed on our agenda but Siddhi showed me Banganga Tank. The culture background and significance of the water tank was truly moving.
I took this tour as a solo female and was a bit worried but Siddhi showed me Mumbai and kept me safe. He explain the history of all the locations we visited and answered all my questions with ease. If you are in Mumbai and need a tour company I recommend Namaste Tours and Trips for any of their bookings. I will 100% book an again if I’m ever back in Mumbai.

I was lucky to come across Siddhi. The best tours/trips are with guides who think along with you and understand you interests. Based on this we had the best custom made trip from Pune to Mumbai and that fits with our traveling schedule. We got to see and listen to the history of Kanheri caves, Jain Temple, Karla and Bhaja Caves and Lions point Lonavala. As closure of the trip we had a wonderful experience of the Dharavi slum with one of the local guide. Thank you Siddhi and Divya for the amazing experience and time. Anyone who chooses Namaste won’t regret it and will experience the same excitement and will see Mumbai and Pune at his best!

The best tours we had whilst we were in India. We did a tour of both Dharavi slum and Mumbai city over 2 days. Both superb. Sid’s English is spot on, he showed us hidden gems we wouldn’t have come across ourselves and was able to answer every question we had. We took some fantastic pictures (most of which he helped us to take). He also doesn’t try to constantly sell you things throughout the tours unlike a lot of guides in India which is refreshing. I never write reviews but Sid is a simply great guy. I know that when tourism picks up after coronavirus this will become the best tour company in India. Choose Sid, you won’t regret it.
Sid was our tour guide for seeing Dharavi in Mumbai and he made it such a fantastic experience. He was informative and answered every question we had. There is not a chance we would have understood the slum and it's culture without being given such a detailed tour.
Sid was such a good guide we decided to book with him to take us around the rest of the sites in Mumbai the next day. Once again he did not disappoint, showing us all the best spots and giving us a great insight into the history and day-to-day life of Mumbai.

Without a doubt the best tour I did in Mumbai was the Dharavi with Sid. He was able to make our experience very unique, the place is huge, but he took us to specific places that helped us to understand better what is Dharavi. Very attentive, kind and knowledgeable what he was telling us.
My friends and I didn't have much expectations about the tour, but we came back extremely satisfied. More than explaining the place, we were able to better understand several other aspects of Indian culture and the daily lives of the people who live there.

Sid took me and my friend for a half day tour in Mumbai. He is a great guide with lots of knowledge on history, religion and the city of Mumbai in general. He was very accommodating about the iterinary and added a few stops at our request. Overall it was a great experience.
